Yin Yoga
with Gina

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia through long-held, passive poses. This class encourages stillness and mindfulness, helping to increase flexibility, release tension, and cultivate inner calm. Suitable for all levels, Yin is the perfect way to unwind and restore balance in body and mind. This class is hybrid - in person and online.
