TRANSITIONS — an elemental retreat to support the season change
26th - 29th September 2025
LIMEHOUSE YOGA | Cornwall - UK
Join us in the wild beauty of North Cornwall for TRANSITIONS — a grounding elemental retreat designed to support your body and mind through the changing of the seasons. This retreat offers movement practices rooted in the tradition of Ashtanga Yoga, alongside workshops exploring the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, helping you navigate the shift from late summer into autumn with balance and intention.
This retreat will be guided by sisters Gina and Lilli, who have been immersed in holistic practices since a young age. With a shared passion for therapeutic and healing approaches, they bring a warm, grounded presence to every aspect of their work.
Each day will start with guided Ashtanga Yoga sessions led by Gina, incorporating her usual exploratory, workshop-style approach to help expand your understanding of the fundamentals of the practice. Throughout the weekend, Lilli will be guiding us through afternoon elemental workshops based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), focussing particularly on the transition of late summer into autumn, and how this relates internally based on TCM traditions.
You’ll also be guided through Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and reflective rituals that nourish the whole Self. On Saturday afternoon, we will have a sauna session followed by a light lunch in the beautiful wildflower meadow. Embraced by countryside stillness and coastal air, this is a space to slow down, connect and move with the natural rhythms of nature.
This is a non-residential retreat, giving you the freedom to choose accommodation that suits your needs. Whether you're coming solo, sharing the experience with friends or family, or making a longer holiday of your time in Cornwall, there will be plenty of time for you to relax, take space and explore the beautiful surrounding coast and countryside.

Retreat Hosts:
Gina first started practicing Yoga in 2006 in her late teens — since then, her practice has led her to explore many styles of Yoga including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Rocket, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra lineages. She has been teaching for 5 years in both London, St Leonards & Hastings, where she co-founded Ashtanga Yoga Hastings with Andy. Alongside teaching her own led classes, she assists him in the Mysore self-practice space and is undergoing an ongoing apprenticeship and mentoring in Ashtanga Yoga.
From years of personal experience and practice, she believes strongly in the benefits of the Ashtanga Vinyasa framework and method. Gina sees Yoga as a personal practice and aims to create an environment where each practitioner feels supported and encouraged to explore their own potential, and strengthen the mind-body-soul connection.
Lilli is a fully certified Acupuncture practitioner who completed training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She will be drawing on The Five Element philosophy within this retreat and how to use these principles within daily restorative practices.
She is also a highly qualified yoga practitioner, with training in Hatha, Sivananda, Yoga Nidra and more recently in Yin Yoga with Norman Blair.

The Location
Lime House Yoga Studio is the only purpose built yoga studio in the country. It’s been designed from the ground up with one purpose in mind: to create a space that is nurturing, inspiring but mostly friendly, where they continue to create a community through yoga.
With community in mind, Andy has a personal connection to Jock (Studio Founder) through their teacher John Scott — they were both part of his senior yoga teaching team. Jock has brought his meticulous attention to detail to this wonderful, creative and inspiring yoga space, and we’re extremely excited to be bringing our community of students to Cornwall.
